Using Choroi string oil regularly on your instrument's strings will produce a softer sound. The oil maintains the strings to prevent them from becoming brittle.
It will also keep air humidity and body sweat away from the strings helping to prevent rusting.
Apply the string oil by laying it on and abrading off with a lint-free cloth.
